Stu - My kids have done the 1st two of your races and LOVE the T-Shirts. They think they are so cool. Are you doing them again this year?
Last year\'s coincided with my 1st ever sprint race. Has it really been 12 months ? Damn, I\'ve put in some serious mileage since then. Will have to do something this year to celebrate.
Mike: You can do ANY distance. The key is to do something. I have have very short and all the way to a 1/2 Ironman done on the day. More information this weekend.
